  • Throughout my career, I’ve combined my expertise in Business Analysis (BA), Business Process Improvement (BPI), and UX Design Research to help businesses solve complex challenges and streamline their operations. With a focus on data analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization, I’ve consistently delivered solutions that boost efficiency while enhancing the user experience. My passion for improving both systems and processes has allowed me to align user needs with business goals across a variety of industries.

     

    My journey started in traditional BA roles, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding business problems, conducting gap analyses, and turning insights into actionable strategies. This background naturally transitioned into UX Research and Design, where these same principles are key to creating user-centered solutions. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to lead process automation and improvement initiatives at companies like Kinetic Supply, Office Depot, and Nava, always with a focus on making things work better, for both the business and the user. :)

  • Lead UX Business Analyst – ADSI (Current Role)

    Key Focus: Market Research, RFI Management, and Process Improvement

     

    In my role at ADSI, I have taken the lead on critical business development initiatives and process improvements that have directly contributed to securing multi-million dollar government contracts. I manage RFI responses, coordinate with subcontractors, and lead UX projects that enhance our presence in the federal sector.

     

    • Market Research & RFI Management: Led market research efforts and managed responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), identifying strategic partnerships and subcontractors to bolster ADSI's business development efforts.
    • Process Improvement: Streamlined cross-functional communication and improved processes around past performance documentation and NDA management, driving efficiency and supporting the company’s growth.
    • Business Development: Played a pivotal role in the acquisition of high-value UX projects, securing contracts that enhanced ADSI’s revenue growth in the federal sector.
    • Strategic Marketing: Developed marketing strategies that highlighted ADSI’s capabilities in the government sector, helping to attract new projects and partnerships.

    Lead Business Analyst – Kinetic Supply Company (2015 - 2016)

    Key Focus: User Stories, Requirements Gathering, and Process Optimization

     

    At Kinetic Supply, I led a team of analysts to gather business requirements, create user stories, and improve core business processes. I collaborated with stakeholders and development teams to define clear objectives and ensure alignment across teams. My work directly impacted operational performance by streamlining processes and creating actionable solutions for both internal and external clients.

     

    • User Story Development: Created detailed user stories outlining system functionality and interactions, ensuring development teams had a clear understanding of user needs and business goals.
    • Requirements Gathering: Conducted stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document comprehensive business requirements.

    Senior UX eCommerce Analyst – Office Depot (2013 - 2015)

    In my role at Office Depot, I leveraged Coremetrics, Tealeaf, and other data tools to optimize e-commerce workflows and improve user experiences. I applied process improvement methodologies to identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and implemented solutions to streamline operations.
